1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HabitPulse ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the application.

2. License & Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HabitPulse on your personal device strictly for habit tracking and personal routine management.

3. Offline Data Responsibilities

HabitPulse operates entirely offline on your personal device without cloud backups. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for managing your habit data and backups.
• We do not store your data on external servers and cannot recover lost data resulting from device damage or application deletion.

4. Intellectual Property

All design assets, features, visual layouts, and content within HabitPulse belong exclusively to the application creators.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HabitPulse is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

The creators of HabitPulse shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the application.
